Process
1.Style selection
Look through our beautiful designs, find your favourite one, and place the order online.
If you don’t see your dream invitation, contact us via email about a custom creation.
2. Design
Once wording is submitted and payment has been received, the design phase begins and we get creative and start working on your suite.
3. Proofing and Approval
You will receive your digital proofs via email with in 3 business days. If you’d like to make changes, we offer a second round of proofs based on your feedback. Once you’re completely satisfied with the design simply send back your signed approval to print so we can proceed.
4. Production
At this stage we’ll need your guest list so that we can bring your dream invitation to life.
Timing will vary depending on your chosen printing process (check our FAQ for timeframes).
5. Delivery
Once your stationery has been carefully inspected it will be packed up and sent out to you, free of charge!
Order Processing & Production timeframes
Our business hours are 9am – 5pm Monday – Thursday (excluding public holidays)
Processing and production time will vary for each Individual order. From when your proofs are approved their production time to dispatch is approximately
Digital Print: 3-5 business days
White Ink: 10 business days
Foiling: 10-12 business days
Letterpress: 10-15 business days
Wood/Acrylic: 10-15 business days
Please allow roughly 4-5 weeks for custom invitation orders from booking to dispatch.
We offer free postage on invitation orders, Australia-wide only.
Delivery time within Australia is approximately 4 working days depending on your location.
Shipping fees only apply to our Signage. (Otherwise pre-organised collection from Melbourne northern suburbs is available)
